Can I choose Arabic or English for my session? +
Yes — sessions are available in both Arabic and English. Choose your preferred language when booking.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
Cancellations 48 hours or more before your session receive a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours you can reschedule for free but no refund is issued. Within 24 hours cancellations are not accepted. To cancel or reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp at +965 6999 1323.
How do I prepare for my session? +
Come with a clear question or challenge you want to work on. The more specific you are, the more useful the session will be. A preparation reminder is sent 48 hours before.
What payment methods are accepted? +
KNET, Visa, and Mastercard — all processed securely via Tap Payments. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
