Cancellation & Refunds

48 hours or more before your session
Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Between 24 and 48 hours before your session
No refund. You may reschedule once at no charge to the next available slot within 30 days.
Less than 24 hours before your session
No refund and no reschedule. The session is considered fulfilled.
No-show (no contact before session time)
No refund and no reschedule. The booking is forfeited.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session once at no charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp at +965 6999 1323.
  • A second reschedule request will incur a KD 10 rebooking fee, payable before the new slot is confirmed.
  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date.

Exceptional Circumstances

Medical emergencies or unforeseen personal crises will be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation. Contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellations and reschedule requests must be sent via WhatsApp. Email requests are not accepted as confirmation of cancellation.

Payment

Sessions are confirmed only upon full payment. Accepted methods: KNET, Visa, Mastercard. Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and inclusive of all applicable fees.

General Provisions

This policy applies to all one-on-one consultation sessions with Farah AlHumaidhi, whether online or in-person, in Kuwait or across the GCC. Long-term package terms are governed separately.
